- Free shipping may be available on select products or order values.
- Tracking information is shared via email/SMS once the shipment is dispatched.
- Delays caused by natural disasters or logistic issues are beyond our control.
- Delivery is attempted only during business hours and working days.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses.
- Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address will be returned and re-shipped at customer’s expense.
- Damaged packages must be reported immediately upon delivery.
