Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be entertained.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
- In case of defective or wrong item delivery, report within 48 hours for resolution.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Customized or special orders are non-refundable.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.
- No refunds will be issued for delays caused by third-party logistics.
- If the product is out of stock, customers will be offered alternatives or a full refund.
- Digital/downloadable products, if any, are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email with proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
- Once the refund is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
