Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  2. Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be entertained.
  3. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days.
  4. Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
  5. In case of defective or wrong item delivery, report within 48 hours for resolution.
  6. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
  7. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  8. Customized or special orders are non-refundable.
  9. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.
  10. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by third-party logistics.
  11. If the product is out of stock, customers will be offered alternatives or a full refund.
  12. Digital/downloadable products, if any, are non-refundable.
  13. Refund requests must be submitted via email with proof of purchase.
  14. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
  15. Once the refund is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
